First Energy has notified us of a planned outage to allow crews to transfer and work the lines for the new West Chippewa Substation. The current Chippewa Substation will be taken offline twice—once on the dates below, and again in approximately 4–5 weeks. We will share the second set of dates as soon as they are provided.
Outage Schedule Start: Saturday, May 30 at 11:30 PM End: Sunday, May 31 at 7:30 AM
Rain Date: Start: Saturday, June 6 at 11:30 PM End: Sunday, June 7 at 7:30 AM
Customers will receive two notifications:
- Monday 5/18
- Next Monday, 5/25
