BOIL WATER ADVISORY – Beaver Falls Municipal Authority

Updated September 6, 2022 – 8:38am

The Beaver Falls Municipal Authority has issued a boil water advisory for all of the upper valley.  This includes: Beaver Falls, Eastvale, College Hill, Big Beaver, Homewood, Chippewa, South Beaver, White Township, West Mayfield, Patterson Twp, Patterson Heights, Brady’s Run Park and Par / Divot Lane in Fallston.

We have experienced a loss of positive water pressure due to a main break in the city of Beaver Falls.

A loss of positive water pressure is a signal that could allow the water in the distribution system to become contaminated.

WE HAVE POTABLE WATER AVAILABLE AT 1425 8TH AVE (BFMA OFFICE).  BE SURE TO BRING YOUR OWN CONTAINER/BOTTLE/JUG/ETC. TO FILL.

What should I do?   DO NOT DRINK THE WATER WITHOUT BOILING IT FIRST.  Bring all water to a rolling boil, let it boil for one minute, and let it cool before using; or use bottled water.  You should use boiled or bottled water for drinking, making ice, washing dishes, brushing teeth, and food preparation until further notice.
