The Big Beaver Borough Real Estate Tax is now due at the FACE amount through July 31, 2022.
If not paid by July 31, the PENALTY amount is due from August 1 through December 31, 2022.
SOME CHANGES HAVE BEEN MADE TO THE SCHOOL TAX BILL WHICH MAILES OUT July 1, 2022.
Millage is now 71.0000 (up from 69.0000 in 2021)
PLEASE NOTE: Checks are made payable to BIG BEAVER TAX COLLECTOR, not to Donna Paisley.
INSTALLMENT PAYMENTS for 2022 School Tax must be paid by the date printed on the tax bill in the upper right corner.
1st payment must reach me by 8/01/2022
2nd payment must reach me by 10/03/2022
3rd payment must reach me by 12/01/2022
I can no longer guarantee acceptance of postmarks for installment payments.
ALSO, the Big Beaver Falls Area School PER CAPITA TAX will now be collected by Berkheimer.
You will no longer be able to pay that Per Capita Tax at the Big Beaver Borough Tax Office.
